Booking Policy

Appointments can be booked either by phone or through our Contact Form. For certain treatments, a pre-payment may be required to secure your appointment. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact information to receive booking confirmations and reminders.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee, and no-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.

Cancellations can be made by responding N or No to the SMS reminder which you will receive in advance of your appointment or by contacting the clinic on 08 8227 1297. No response is not a cancellation.

Why do we charge late cancellation and no-show fees?

We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans change. However, when appointments are cancelled late (less than 24 hours) or missed without notice, it leaves a space that could have been offered to another client in need.

To respect the time of both our clients and practitioners, a late cancellation or no-show fee is applied. This ensures our practitioners time is valued and that we can continue providing the highest level of care to our clients.

If there are extenuating circumstances that prevented you from attending or cancelling within 24 hours, please let us know. We value open communication and will always take individual situations into consideration.
