Fraxel

Looking to reduce acne scars, open pores, sun damage or ageing? Look no further than Fraxel. This advanced treatment system creates micro-treatment wounds in the skin that leave the surface of the skin unharmed. Common questions

How long does the treatment take?

Depending on the size, location, and condition of the treatment area, a Fraxel session can take as little as 20 minutes. However, we recommend reserving at least 2 hours for your appointment to undertake topical numbing prior to treatment.

How many treatments will I need?

The number of treatments you will need depends on your goals and desired outcomes as well as your lifestyle. We will work with you to weigh the aggressiveness of treatment with the downtime associated. Typically, patients receive their desired outcomes in 3-6 treatments.

Is there any downtime?

Depending on the intensity of the treatment, you may experience redness or swelling after the procedure which diminishes over the next 2 to 7 days. We will work with you to determine the best option to fit your lifestyle.

Can Fraxel be combined with other treatments?

Yes, we can combine Fraxel with other treatments within your treatment plan. Some combinations include cosmetic anti-wrinkle and volume, chemical peels and LED.
