Preparing for your appointment

We are committed to providing the very best care throughout your treatment. While we provide all pre-treatment information in your consultation prior to this appointment, we understand it can be a lot to remember. Therefore, we have created the following key points to be aware of before your appointment.

Please let us know

  • If you have had any injectable treatments in the past 3 months.
  • If you have undertaken cosmetic tattooing of the brows, eyes or lips.
  • If you have recently had any changes to your health including medications.

New Patient Consultation

Your first visit is focused on understanding your concerns and creating a personalised treatment plan. There is very little you need to do to prepare.

Please note the following:

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time to complete your new patient paperwork.
  • Remove all makeup prior to your appointment as clinical photographs will be taken for assessment and treatment planning.
  • Treatment is not performed at the first appointment. Your consultation is dedicated to discussing your concerns, reviewing your medical history, and recommending the most appropriate treatment options.

Our goal is to ensure you feel informed, comfortable, and confident in your treatment plan before proceeding.
