Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, such as during sale periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Lasers In Medicine offers complimentary standard delivery for orders over $300. For all orders under $300, a flat-rate of $15 will be applied at checkout. Express shipping is also available at checkout with the expense of $20. 

Shipping within Australia only.

Standard Post within South Australia received within 3-4 business days. Express post received within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location. Allow an extra 3 business days during sale periods. 

Pick up from Lasers In Medicine is also available for you to select. You will be contacted by Lasers In Medicine to arrange a time that is best suited for you to collect your purchase(s).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

GPEDU Pty. Ltd. Trading as Lasers In Medicine is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please see the ‘Exchanges and Returns’ policy for direction.

Return Policy

Reactions

If you experience a reaction to any of our products, please immediately email us at admin@lasersinmedicine.com.au. In your email, include a detailed description of the reaction, the product used, and photographs of your reaction, if possible. Our team aims to respond within 48 hours to provide you with guidance and support over email or phone to address the issue effectively.

Exchanges and Returns

We only offer exchanges for products that are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, please email us at admin@lasersinmedicine.com.au with a description of the issue and attach photographic evidence of the defect or damage, if possible. We will guide you through the exchange process, including details on shipping the defective or damaged product back to us. Our return policy lasts 14 days from the purchase date.
