Common questions

Do I need a consultation prior to undertaking cosmetic treatments?

Yes, all new cosmetic patients must undergo a cosmetic consultation to ensure they are as suitable candidates for treatment. We will provide a form for you to complete to ensure we have all the relevant information and to protect your safety. During your consultation appointment, your practitioner will discuss the treatment process, explain how it works, and inform you when to expect results. We will also take before and after images to track your progress.

How long will my appointment take?

A cosmetic consultation is a 30-minute consultation and we like to remind patients that there is no obligation to be treated on the day. We offer this time to ensure you're not rushed and understand all the elements of undertaking a cosmetic treatment.

What aftercare is needed?

Each cosmetic treatment is unique; therefore, we will provide you with an aftercare leaflet at the conclusion of your treatment. If you do have any queries post-treatment, feel free to call the clinic to chat with your practitioner.

What is Rejuran?

Rejuran is a skin rejuvenation treatment that uses polynucleotide (PN) or olydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN) extracted from salmon DNA. It assists in repairing damaged skin, improves skin elasticity, reduces fine lines and wrinkles, and enhances overall skin texture and hydration. It can be used on the face and the delicate eye area.

What areas can Rejuran treat?

Rejuran can be used for overall facial hydration and regeneration, including the delicate eye area such as the upper and lower eyelids, brow area, and under-eye hollows.

How many Rejuran treatments will I need?

The number of treatments needed varies, but we recommend three sessions spaced every two to three weeks for optimal results.

Is there downtime for Rejuran?

Yes, but the duration varies for each individual. The treatment area may have small micro bumps and redness for up to 24 to 48 hours.

How long until I see results for Rejuran?

Gradually, as time progresses patients notice their skin becoming smoother and more hydrated. This can take place within the first few weeks. Around three months after treatment, your skin firmness will increase as your new collagen and elastin mature.

Can I combine Rejuran with other treatments?
